Through my own journey and experience in learning to heal trauma and anxiety, I have developed a great deal of empathy for others using Psychodynamic interventions and Mindfulness techniques. I understand the impact and relief that healing can bring, so my goal is to help you alleviate emotional uncertainties and guide you through personal life transitions with awareness and compassion.

Using a collaborative and integrative approach, I will help you explore and learn more about how your mind works by helping you process thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and current relationships.

My wish and commitment is for you to find different ways in which to understand and love yourself more and for your life and work to have more purpose and meaning. I commit to creating an environment where you will feel valued, heard, and understood with gentleness and compassion.

Everyone has a story, and I will help you explore, integrate, and organize parts of you story that may have been forgotten.
