I have been training and practicing with some of the great minds of psychology and counseling.
Being able to empathize with clients, I was able to develop personalized plans of action that would help Life Transitions, Relationships and Anxiety more manageable. Working with a wide range of clients and providing Psychotherapy Counseling for individuals and couples from all walks of life.
I feel passionate for helping others relieve their personal pain and suffering and to get new perspectives in life and in relationships.
Through my practices and experimentation, I was able to gain clarity on my purpose – to help individuals become self-aware so they can evolve into their truth. After the epiphany of purpose, I decided to become a Life Coach in 2017, where I gained certification through the Life Purpose Institute. I am trained in MBSR and Mindfulness by the Chopra Institute. I concluded my Master’s degree in Arts of Psychology in Family & Marriage Therapy in 2020.
I’m trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy Level 2.
I’m trained on the Foundations of Somatic Therapy and Trauma Informed Therapist CCTP Level I&II. I’m working on certification in Psychosomatic Psychotherapy system.
When I am not assisting clients, I am usually practicing meditation and yoga, reading books in the topic of Psychology, Neuroscience, Spirituality, Philosophy and Human Behavior, taking long baths, listening to podcasts, spending time in nature, chasing sunsets and traveling with my family.
I consider myself a foodie and I am always trying to check new coffee shops, mom and pop restaurants and I have an appreciation for farm to table, simple food. I am a lover of tea and cookies since I can remember!
The joy of pure, impromptu laugh (and hearing others laugh) is my favorite noise.
My wish and commitment is for you to find different ways in you to love yourself more, your life, and your work more than you do now. Making your Self- Awareness/ Life Transition/ Anxiety & Relationships much easier to navigate and explore on your own.
